Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Have basic computer operation and understanding knowledge.

Essential Functions:

-Participate in Country Partners Health and Safety Program as job requires.
-Responsible for accurately loading trucks/application equipment with products used by company’s applicators.
-Responsible for accurately loading customer equipment with products they require.
-Responsible for accurately loading packaged products for both custom application and customer pickup.
-Responsible for accurately recording all inventory movement to keep product shrink to a minimum.
-Responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and repairs of the liquid shed and equipment operated.
-Responsible for the cleanliness, and upkeep of the area around the liquid shed and in the dyke area.
-Responsible for the maintenance of liquid starter trailers, making sure all are accounted for at season end  
-Ensures paperwork is filled out legibly, timely and accurately and transferred to billing department.
-Secures liquid plant and associated facilities when there is not a Company employee present.
-Work closely with the agronomy sales mgr. in season to meet the needs of the agronomy department.
-Operates the facility in a manner that keeps all accidental spills to a minimum.
-Operate skid-steer loader, forklift and liquid fertilizer blending and loading/unloading equipment.
-Works with supervisor and agronomy sales staff to maintain optimum inventory levels of products needed.
-Maintain all company requirements necessary to be in company’s “Drivers Qualification Files”.
-Understand and comply with safety and governmental regulations.
-Works with supervisor and fellow employees to keep errors and mistakes at a minimum.
-Provide good customer relations.
-Aids in the loading and delivery of agronomy products.
-Takes orders by phone or in person.
-Follows established credit policy.
-Aids in the maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
-Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
